- The item must be in its original condition, without any sign of wear,alterations, resizing (by anyone other than our company), or damage.
- Please include the original product certificate and the original or a copy of the invoice.
- Our Quality Assurance Department will inspect the returned item
- You will receive 100% of the amount you paid.
- The refund will be processed within 10 days via online bank transfer after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Customised Jewellery (including personalised/ engraved products) is not eligible for a 10 Day Money-Back or a 10 Day Exchange. Lifetime Exchange and Buyback are applicable
Life time Exchange Policy
- You can exchange any product you have purchased from us at any time
- We will give you 90% of the prevailing market value on diamond
- 100% of labour charges will be deducted
- In the event of exchange, gold will be valued at the current market price
- If the new item costs more than the exchanged item, you will need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, the difference will be given as a credit for future purchases
- In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal and diamond value an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value
